Nature and cause: Please describe the nature of the suspected security vulnerability and how it can be or has been exploited.

Impact: Has an incident occurred? If so, please briefly describe exactly what happened. Is only one machine or are there several machines or production lines affected?

Affected machines: Type, commission number, year of manufacture.
