Focke & Co. has specially generated QR codes for the Focke Service App. Scan the code using any mobile device (smartphone or tablet) to download the documentation, store it and view it right on your device.
The Focke Service App is available from your favorite store free of charge. Please feel free to register with your company address and take advantage of this service. Request the codes from the Focke & Co. service department or move to the next menu point „Request QR Code Badges for your documentation“.

Perfect Fit Maintenance (PFM) is the FOCKE & CO maintenance program, which is based on a structured procedure with a customizes maintenance scope. The process starts with a detailed technical workshop with our customer, mostly combined with an upfront technical inspection of the machines. The following maintenance recommendation path is the result of a detailed discussion with the customer, considering the FOCKE & CO maintenance recommendation and the customers’ experience and needs. It is based upon a variety of options depending on the runtime and the condition of the machine, as well as a number of strategies to fit the customer‘s annual budget and production timing.
Long term maintenance plan can be agreed for one or several years. Depending on the customers strategy the delivery of the parts can also be just in time to reduce stock level. Customized kits for specific maintenances interaction after higher runtime are available, too.
