Our tailor-made technical training addresses all parts of FOCKE & CO equipment. Besides training programs at our modern equipped training center in Verden, Germany, we also offer any kind of technical training at the customers’ premises. Our highly qualified trainers with long term experience in the business are able to adapt to any customer requirement and needs.
With the new service app, you have direct access to the specific technical documentation matching your machine. For this purpose, the Focke Service App uses QR codes generated by FOCKE & CO. By scanning such a code with a mobile device (such as a smartphone or tablet) the documentation can be downloaded, stored and viewed right on the device.

Perfect Fit Maintenance (PFM) is the FOCKE & CO maintenance program, which is based on a structured procedure with a customizes maintenance scope. The process starts with a detailed technical workshop with our customer, mostly combined with an upfront technical inspection of the machines. The following maintenance recommendation path is the result of a detailed discussion with the customer, considering the FOCKE & CO maintenance recommendation and the customers’ experience and needs. It is based upon a variety of options depending on the runtime and the condition of the machine, as well as a number of strategies to fit the customer‘s annual budget and production timing.
Long term maintenance plan can be agreed for one or several years. Depending on the customers strategy the delivery of the parts can also be just in time to reduce stock level. Customized kits for specific maintenances interaction after higher runtime are available, too.
